Boiling the Nebulizer

Your Pari Reusable Nebulizer "ORIFICE" can get plugged if you don't clean it properly.

Medicine left in the Nebulizer Coats the Surfaces causing sputtering and or will not mist (clogged orifice).

If your Pari Nebulizer doesn't work you should boil the 2 nebulizer parts (Top and Body) for 8 minutes.

Do not Boil it any longer than 8 minutes!

Washing the nebulizer with warm water solution with liquid detergent.

Bring a Pot of water to a boil. 

Turn the heat off to the pot of water.

Put the Nebulizer parts in the boiling water for 8 minutes.

Remove the nebulizer parts from the boiling water.

Put the nebulizer together and test it with tap water.

For use with all Asthma, COPD, and Cystic Fibrosis nebulizer medications including: Pulmozyme, TOBI, Xopenex, Pulmocort Respules, Albuterol, Ipratropium, Cromolyn Sodium

Orifice of  the Micro Mist Disposable Nebulizer. Larger Orifice creates larger size particles.

Orifice of  the Pari LC Plus Nebulizer (about 3 times smaller than the disposable nebulizer orifice). Smaller Orifice creates smaller size particles.  Magnification 4X

The LC Plus Nebulizer is made out of  Polypropylene (melts at 350 degrees).

The LC Plus Nebulizer will not melt when you put it in boiling water (212 degrees)

Only Boil these 2 parts of the Pari Nebulizer for 8 minutes!
